I went in with my right shoulder/arm so tight, that my arm was effectively lame. He worked on it for most of the session, and i could move it in a complete circle by the end.

Elias is a skilled and intelligent massage therapist. He asks question, and actively listens to your answers. I had him do remedial work on my shoulders, which have impaired range due to tight muscles. He understands how the structure works, and how to free the area up.

Elias listens to what concerns you are having and works out which muscles may be causing the issue. He applies the pressure that you have written down on your pre anssesment form. He anlso asks if it is the right pressure whilst massaging you. He is a very professional and talented young man. From the moment you walk in the room it is calming and relaxing. I am a larger woman, and he is able to get into the muscles he needs to, to help with my pains. I Would highly recommend Elias to anyone
